In this 5-day mini-course*, we will teach you how to gain insights into what exactly causes you stress (both consciously and unconsciously), and how you can better deal with it in your daily life.

It will only take fifteen minutes a day. Dealing with stress does not have to be time-consuming, but eventually, you will be the one taking action.
