Dealing with emotions

Happiness, sadness, fear, embarrassment. We all experience a range of different emotions on a daily basis. At certain times our emotions can feel overwhelming and we may not know how to process or understand them.

In this masterclass we will take an in-depth look into our emotions. You will learn what purpose your emotions serve, how to recognise what you’re feeling, exercises for emotional regulation and how you can process your emotions.

If you’re a manager or a leader in your organisation, this group session is specifically for you!

We cannot underestimate the role that mental health plays in a work environment. Whether it’s work-related pressure or a personal family situation, many factors can affect an employees work performance. Stress can carry over from one area of life to another.

Furthermore, if an employee is having some troubles, they might want to close themselves off and not discuss it. In this group session you will learn how you can recognise mental health challenges in your team, how to start the conversation on mental health and what you can do if you notice a team member struggling.
