How can I book a session?
Here you book a session with one of our psychologists in a few simple steps here.
Where is the link to enter my session?
The link for your session can be found on the confirmation email we sent you or from within your myopenup account. In your myopenup account, go to my sessions, and click “join” when it is time for you session to take place.
How can I reschedule or cancel my session
You can easily reschedule or cancel your session from the confirmation email we sent you. You will find the links near the end of the email.
If you have a myopenup account, you can reschedule or cancel from there. Go to your myopenup account, go to ‘my sessions’ and click the reschedule button for the session you want to change.
Can I change my appointment with another psychologist (for example a woman instead of a man)?
If you would prefer to have your appointment with another psychologist, please contact our team on +31 202444888 or email us at team@openup.com
I did not receive the confirmation email for my 1:1 session
Please check your spam folder. If you are using a work email address and it is not in your spam, please contact your company’s IT department as they may need to unblock OpenUp.
